  Dr. Keith Wilder

  Chief Executive Officer

  Keith has over two decades of experience both as a university lecturer and private instructor at international law firms, international companies and government agencies. His courses and area of expertise include Contract Drafting, Business Law, Contract law, Lawyering Skills, Legal Negotiations, Gender and Negotiations and Property Law.

  Mimi Kim Miks

  Instructor

  Mimi was born and raised in the United States. For the past 12 years, Mimi has been pursuing a legal career in Germany and is well-versed in the trials and tribulations a non-native speaker has to endure succeeding as a professional in a foreign legal system.

  With this background and her outgoing personality, she helps non-native speaking lawyers and their support staff become comfortable and confident doing business in English.

  Luka Vihuto

  Instructor

  Luka’s bilingual upbringing between Germany and Kenya has shaped a deep understanding of cultural differences when communicating in the English language. Luka is a graduate of the University of Cologne School of Law in Germany where he holds an assistant position at the Chair of U.S. Law.

  For Linklaw, Luka is the instructor of the “Office Communication” course and regularly holds webinars on professional communication in English.

  Naila Reding

  Instructor

  Raised around multiple languages in Luxembourg and currently pursuing a legal career in the United Kingdom, Naila is an expert on navigating the differences between the Civil and Common Law Legal Systems. She hosts the Introduction to the U.K. Legal System course on Linklaw and is available for webinars and 1-on-1 training for for legal professionals operating across the two legal systems.
